The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at the University of Calgary. The meeting is confirmed to start later in the day on Thursday April 30th with a full day of presentations and the AGM on May 1. Thanks to everyone who completed the survey - these dates ensured the best participation.

Keynote Speaker: Dr Christine Martineau, PhD, Cree, Métis, Dené Suline, Educational Developer - Indigenous Ways of Knowing, Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning, University of Calgary
Dr. Christine Martineau is Cree (Frog Lake First Nation), Métis (Victoria Settlement), and Dënesųłinë́ (Cold Lake First Nation) and lives and works in both Treaty 6 and 7 territories in Alberta. She holds a PhD in educational leadership from the University of Alberta, with strong ties to UCalgary where she completed her BEd and MA in educational leadership. She has extensive experience teaching and leading in K-12 and postsecondary education in Alberta and is now an educational developer for Indigenous Ways of Knowing at the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning.
